Oh man, I was absolutely floored by how they hit everything out of the park!  The view was amazing.  We came for dinner and sat in a booth to watch the sunset and it was amazing.  Jose was our server and was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, personable and professional.
We started w a Caesar salad.  After eating the salad we knew we were on to something good.  I got the salmon in a lemon caper sauce over risotto with asparagus and bacon, quite possibly one of the best things I've eaten.  Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were out of this world.  The skin to the salmon was crunchy and provided an excellent contrast to texture.  We also had the shrimp and lobster tacos which were also amazing.  Everything tasted so fresh and the quality of food along with the passion to cook it was on clear display for our dinner.
We finished with the vanilla bean creme brûlée.  Sooooo good.  We really enjoyed eating here.  It wildly exceeded our expectations.

This restaurant has great views. Good place for a drink while watching the sunset. It is close to a busy road but the sound of the ocean and the sunset makes up for it.
    The food is mediocre however.

****too expensive for the quality of food served****

I called down and ordered chicken tenders. I had about 1 hour of time to spare, which considering I called ahead, should have been ample time to enjoy my lunch. I arrive, about ten minutes after I called. Waited. Check in with the host again. I was told they forgot to make my food, they're real sorry they'll get right on it. Wait around for another fifteen minutes. Ask again, THEY FORGOT A SECOND TIME TO MAKE MY FOOD. I was rather annoyed after the long wait, and I admit I was a little short with the hostess (put yourself in my shoes).

And then on top of it all, the manager has the gall to chase me down, and tell me not to be rude to the staff.

Wow! How convenient to have a nice restaurant located right on the Hilton property, next to the pool and with an outdoor patio area with a view of the beach and ocean right across the street.

Covered parking is close by but $10 for 1-3 hours, however they will validate for the 3 hours so get your validation ticket and save the $10. I think valet was $15.

The interior is very modern and looks nice. There are some large TVs in the bar area so you can watch the game while you are dining. Unfortunately there is plenty of tile so the acoustics are bad and a large, rowdy group of 10 fans sounds like 100. It was super noisy.

Everyone of the staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful, and smiling. the hostess went out of her way to accommodate 6 of us by putting tables together that normally don't go together.

The menu has plenty of options, there are also a kids menu with kids desserts, and a dessert menu. So there should be something for everyone.

Price range from about $10 for starters to $36 market price for the seared Ahi tuna dish.

The sodas have free refills and there was a dedicated drink refill person who was very timely with refills.

The Blue cheese burger was tasty and only about $16 with fries. The burrata and tomato starter was scrumptious but I wish they didn't just plop the burrata on top. The rock shrimp starter and dipping sauce were sweet, savory, and enjoyable, yum. The poke starter was delicious as well and came with some other things like a quinoa and some crackers.

The kids cookie tower dessert is a nice treat and neat idea. The cookies were ok and the kids enjoyed them.

The smores dome was visually appealing, but also taste bud tantalizing.

We went for dinner tonight and ordered wine, the charcuterie platter for appetizer and the porterhouse steak for two with Parmesan risotto and seasonal veggies. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, music and the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. The appetizer platter and the drinks we excellent, and honestly, that could've been my meal. I have a few minor issues with the main meal, however that I addressed to the waiter when asked.

While the porterhouse was a nice size and cooked perfectly, I found it extremely salty to the point I could not eat it. My husband was satisfied with the size and portion of the steak, however, he did find it a bit annoying that 1. It was placed on one plate in the middle of us, 2. It was a tad salty and 3. neither of us appreciated that it was placed on top of the veggies and risotto. It was awkward to cut the steak in the middle of us.

While I was offered a new steak and or more risotto (because I liked the flavor), I politely declined. I do believe the extremely kind Chandler's server offered the best that he could, I just don't know I would go back and pay that much for the porterhouse for two. I would consider going back to Chandler's for drinks or light appetizers again should I find myself in the area, prepared to spend a few dollars and want to enjoy a coastal ambiance.
